SeekinWeb (seekinweb.com) is a service of Synaxis Systems LLC, a Florida (United States) company. Its full details are in the legal notice (seekinweb.com/legal-notice).
Free test: buyer questions answered by AI assistants with web search plus a technical audit of the site, no sign-up. "Your business in AI" report ($29, one-off): 10 questions with web search, who shows up instead of you, sources, fix kit and 30-day plan. We show what third-party AI assistants (for example ChatGPT or Gemini, queried through their official APIs with web search) answer at the time of the test. Those answers change over time and with location, model version and who is asking, and may differ from what someone sees in the app. We do not guarantee that any assistant will recommend you or any position. SeekinWeb is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google or other providers; their trademarks belong to their owners.
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are what you pay: today we add no taxes to the listed price. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
The paid report is generated in minutes and the link reaches you by email; you also see it when you return from checkout. If a part cannot be completed (for example, because an AI assistant does not respond), the report says so, we complete it as soon as possible and, if you prefer, we refund you. Pro and Agency plans activate on payment and your dashboard link reaches you by email.
Pro and Agency renew every month, and the Verified Badge every year, with the same payment method, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage subscription"), with no lock-in: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and you keep access until then. Existing subscriptions keep their price; if we ever change it, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
If the report or the first period of any plan is not useful to you, write to us within 14 days of payment and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so they do not happen again. We refund to the same payment method; it arrives as fast as your bank allows (usually 5 to 10 days).
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. Even though the report and the plans start as soon as you pay, the guarantee above refunds the full amount within that period anyway. To use it, write to us through the contact form with your purchase email; saying you withdraw is enough.
You may analyze any public website. Do not use the service to overload, attack or bypass the protections of other sites, or to automate mass queries beyond your plan limits. If someone does, we may limit or close their account and refund the unused part of the paid period.
Reports are yours: you can keep them, share them and, on Pro or Agency, deliver them to your clients under your brand. The domains and prospects in your account are not published (see Privacy).
We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring claims before its courts.
If we change these terms we publish the new version with its date, and we email paying customers about important changes.
